The Hayya Fun Card is rechargeable but cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or re-sale A fee of AED 5 applies for issuing a new card or replacing a lost card. Credit and bonus balances on the HAYYA FUN CARD are valid for 6 months, and redemption tickets are valid for 1 year.

If the guest visits and taps the card on any machine reader within the validity period, the balances will remain active and will not expire Hayya Fun Card balance deduction policy apply as first – Free Games / Bonus / Credits Once the card is recharged with a new balance, no refund will be provided. Bonus balance can only be used on Blue Swipe Games.

The cardholder is fully responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
